• A Malaysian citizen or legal resident in Malaysia with a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion period or gaming ban imposed by mbi33 or any relevant authority.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent for any other individual or entity.
• You have never confirmed that your deposit originates from illegal activities or funds of unlawful origin.
• Full agreement to all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by mbi33.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active mbi33 account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. mbi33 reserves the right to decline any registration or close an existing account if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.

Your Account Security Responsibilities

All financial transactions on mbi33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbi33 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method verified in the member's name. mbi33 does not process withdrawals to third parties.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash balance (excluding bonuses) is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

General Bonus Terms

General Rules Applicable to All Games

• Owning or using more than one mbi33 account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system inconsistencies within mbi33 for financial gain.
• Use of any automation software, game bots, scripts, or third-party tools that enable play without human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to improperly fulfil bonus wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to conduct money laundering through the mbi33 platform.

Mbi33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other mbi33 policy.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity or signs that the platform is being used for unlawful purposes.
• A request by the member themselves to close their account.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or relevant authority.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a member's violation, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the member via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. In cases involving a violation, the balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Members may request to close their mbi33 account at any time by contacting support@mbi33.biz. Account closures will be processed within 2 business days from the date the request is received.

Mbi33 provides its platform and services "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, mbi33 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member while playing on the mbi33 platform, including losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mbi33's control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment service providers such as banking institutions or e-wallet operators.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

That said, this limitation of liability does not affect any rights you hold under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws. Where mbi33's liability cannot be fully excluded, our liability is limited to the value of the deposit or transaction directly related to the claim.

Mbi33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to members through the following means:

• In-platform notification on mbi33 when the member next logs in after the amendment takes effect.
• Email notification to the address registered to the member's account.
• An update to this Terms & Conditions page with a clearly stated amendment date.

Continued use of the mbi33 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all available cash balance before the new terms come into force.
